Our services

Leadership Development

 

Our leadership programmes are based on a practical and systematic approach grounded in research to develop leadership in an integrated and holistic way which supports a lasting change in organisations.

 

We design our programmes with you to meet your specific commercial and organisational needs. Events are interspersed with practice and build sessions which offset ‘learning decay’ and successfully embed and internalise new behaviours back in the workplace. Our programmes are based on live leadership issues and challenges experienced by participants and focus on the ability of each participant to resolve their own problems.

 

Management Development

 

For new and experienced managers alike, our programmes help individuals manage themselves, manage others and, ultimately, make that stretch to leading and inspiring teams. We can come in at any point along the management journey, from the first steps in people management to the more strategic aspects of management such as problem-solving, planning and stakeholder management.

 

High Potential Development

 

We provide highly experiential development programmes to support high potential individuals to develop rapidly so they can integrate their expectations with the organisation’s strategic aims. We provide both workshops and outdoor events.

 

Management Development

 

We provide a wide range of management development interventions for first line and middle managers and we can offer other approved levels of manager certificates and Diplomas to participants.

 

Management Transition Programmes

 

With our management transition programmes we use a coaching approach to support managers facing major transitions and include  ‘Making the Transition from Technical Expert to Professional Leader’ which supports people in making the transition to become effective and authentic leaders. Some of our other coaching programmes are ‘Performance Coaching Skills for Leaders’ and ‘Leading in Tough Times’. These programmes are delivered by professionally accredited management coaches.

 

Management Coaching

 

Our team of professional accredited management coaches provide two to six month coaching interventions for managers, high potentials and technical experts to provide focused individual or situational development. We also provide short term coaching interventions around specific challenges (e.g. First 60 or 90 Days).
